In a nutshell, his formulas are fantastic and if you follow even half of them you will grow your list fast. As a matter of fact I’ve implemented two of his formulas in my own business and I’ve already increased my opt-in rate on one of my money sites by 30% and that’s only after 1 week of implementing them.
I plan to implement more of “The Quick List Formulas” as I get time and I’ll report the statistics here once I have more time to gauge their actual performance. I expect only good things to come from it.
